The Apache Software Foundation provides support for the Apache

characterized by a collaborative, consensus based development process,
anand pragmatic software license, and a desire to create high
quality software that leads the way in its field. We consider
ourselves not simply a group of projects sharing a server, but rather
a community of developers and users.

who have demonstrated a commitment to collaborativesource software
development through sustained participation and contributions within the

PeachTree Westin Hotel in Atlanta, Georgia.

Combining the talents of the Eclipse Foundation and
The Apache Software Foundation to create the first source community summit in Hong Kong. A ground breaking event,
OSSummit Asia is the first joint conference between the
Foundations and the first such event in Hong Kong and
greater China. The trainings and conference will be held
November 26-30 at the Cyberport, Hong Kong.

With the great success of ApacheCon Europe 2007, we are excited to return to
Amsterdam in 2008. And we are proud to announce that we are going to intensify
and deepen the pre-conference trainings by offering several 2-day trainings
and each training session will have certifications of completion for those
to fulfill all the requirements of the training.
The trainings and conference will be held 7 April through 11 April, 2008 at
the new Moevenpick Hotel Amsterdam City Centre.
